Main Job Description :

Managing operational activities in Estate area and being responsible for both technical and non technical in order to achieve the targets

Requirement :

·        Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy

·        Min 5 years experience in similar position in the palm oil plantation

·        Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)

·        Strong Leadership

·        Can communicate in English, both oral and written is an added advantage

·        Independent as well as strong teamwork capability.

·        Capable of doing self learning quickly and working under minimum supervision

·        Would be placed in Estate
