General Overview:

Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers, and prepare monthly sales and supply cost reports to be submitted to the direct supervisor this position will report to the Data Analytics and Management Executive.

Senior Procurement Analyst (Makassar Placement)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and reconcile procurement & sales data between all databases to ensure correct amounts are charged to vendors.
2. Reporting monthly and weekly incentives for vendors.
3. Provide daily reports to direct manager for procurement & sales trend.
4. Maintaining sales data and escalating issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.
5. Ensuring sales data are accurate and recorded in a timely manner, in accordance with the SOP given by the direct manager.
6. Reporting daily and weekly profitability to relevant stakeholders.
7. Work closely with Warehouse and Finance team to ensure inventory reports are accurate throughout departments.
8. Coordinate and work closely together with the Finance department to reconcile all procurement & sales data monthly. Data provided to the Finance team must be thoroughly checked to ensure no errors are passed on to the Finance team.
9. Provide aging analysis for inventory and vendor.
10. Ensuring Junior Procurement Analysts are in line with their targets with minimal errors. This includes the creation and maintenance of KPIs for Jr Procurement Analysts.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Trade Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Data Analyst, Sales Support Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Merchandising Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
2. Advance in Microsoft Excel and GoogleSheet – comfortable in maintaining huge database IS A MUST.
3. Willingness to learn and proactivity is A MUST.
4. A good team leader – Ability to lead a team, proactively finding and resolving issues if any arise.
5. Analytical and a problem solver – Ability to assess any situation and take quick action where necessary. A person should not expect to be hand-held by the manager constantly.
6. English speaking is NOT a must but is highly preferred
